We are infrequent users but have had to contact the surgery twice this month for our sick children. Exemplary experience both times despite it being what I’m sure were very busy days for the surgery (including the last day before the Christmas long bank holiday). Clinicians were fantastic and reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Can’t thank you enough for everything you do.

Telephoned before 9.00 a.m. to request a doctor's appoinment only to be told only 'emergency' calls available. Earlier this year a doctor did ring back at 6.30 p.m. to say surgery closed and to go to A & E.
