   Terrible waiting times on the phone. I called mid-day, off peak time for a simple request. I was waiting for 40 minutes before someone picked up the phone even though I was "number 1" caller. The reception staff was condescending and not helpful at all. Disgraceful service for their patients.

   Dear patient, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you waited 40 minutes to get through to the surgery and that you feel the member of staff was condescending to you. Obviously this is not acceptable and falls below the standard of service that we provide for our patients. If you would like to provide your details we can investigate this for you.
