   Have been with the surgery for years and I don’t get to see the same doctor twice. In the most recent visit, I was just told what the test results were but not how the pain I was suffering from could be addressed, other than request for self referral to another medical provider. There didn’t seem to be much care or empathy about the patient suffering. Whilst I understand the whole of medical professionals are under pressure but treating patients like statistics or practice as a business is not the answer.
