All the staff are friendly and very helpful and can't do enough for you. Staff are professional especially the doctors and receptionists. Polite, caring I cannot fault the practice they have always been there for me if I needed them, they are thoughtful and very thorough if there is a problem it is dealt with quickly and sorted out. I try to get to see one doctor as it helps when they know your current situation and are very understanding, the last year has been difficult and the staff have been there for me. The receptionists are always friendly and understanding and help if they can which is lovely. Thank you to the practice for the support you have given me when I needed it, continue your excellent work for your patients and the practice who need your support

Review titled Always at least 30 minutes late and rude receptionists

I was only seen 35 minutes after my appointment booking, which would be fine had the doctor/receptionists been apologetic and explained why they were late. However, not even an apology was given when I told the doctor how long I’d been waiting, but simply the dismissive comment of “I’ve had people with very serious problems in”, insinuating my appointment was less valid and unimportant. In addition to this, multiple members of staff walked past me in the waiting room and completely ignored me, not even a smile. I would appreciate this if the clinic was extremely busy, however not a single other person was in the waiting room, and about 3 nurses who could have seen me instead were just stood chatting to each other in the reception area for the entire duration I was waiting.

The gp and staff i feel look after me and family well, throught our daughters treatment they (i feel) prioritise us accordingly, identified a condition linked to me early made referrals followed them up , stayed in contact…although i saw different doctors i felt someone was always reviewing out situation….receptionists are very attentive and thorough… Me and my family feel very privileged to have a gp and doctors staff and nurse like we do..in comparison to other peoples experiences….me and my family can’t thank you enough.

I went to see the doctor last week. Even if you are feeling rough, speaking to the GP makes you feel better. You do not feel rushed at all and are allowed the time to explain what your problem is, even though the GPs are probably very busy and have a tight schedule. I have every confidence in their ability and you feel part of the decision made about your health.

Phoned for an appointment earliest "phone" appointment in two weeks, face to face dare to think. Latest face to face 4.00pm. Hello some of us work in environment that we cannot walk out. Been with the practice over 20 years, don't think I will last much longer.
