    DrWilkinson was quick to respond to my issue and wasted no time in referring me to a stroke consultant where it was determined that I had a stroke. Fantastic service and faultless diagnosis. Could not ask for better medical attention.

    Dr was fantastic in getting me sorted with the right diagnosis .She straight away ordered urgent blood tests and medication and am now on way to recovering and have follow up in 2weeks .Superb treatment from her

    Got through on the phone by 08.03, very nice receptionist that got me a face to face appointment for 08.45. GP that I saw was very understanding and explained the tests that he wanted to undertake. Felt listened too. Referred for x-ray which I went to have straight away and completed by 11am that morning. Great service. Thank you!

Not all our patients find us this easy to access but undoubtedly we have come a long way over the last few months towards being able to meet demand for our services.     It has taken a while to improve the system of booking an appointment with a doctor. I was impressed with the new call back system, and I managed to get an appointment for the same day. Unfortunately, the NHS app doesn't allow me access to order repeat prescriptions, make an appointment online or to review my medical records. The receptionist was really helpful in trying to sort this problem out. Hope she is successful. I have high hopes.

Patients certainly should be able to access their medical record, order repeat prescriptions online and book appointments online using the NHS app so if other patients experience similar difficulties please don't just give up but speak to our reception team who hopefully will be able to help.     Reception staff lovely, can only book appointments from 8am which they probably have to listen to people continuously complain about yet can not do anything about and remain very patient and do their best. If you do ring at 8am on dot you will be guaranteed to receive care. My GP is absolutely brilliant I always wish to see her and it’s the receptionists who make this possible. If I have a query about my health they will always try their best to look on the system and help me out. Overall I am very grateful for my GP Dr PA, she always listens to my concerns and carries out very thorough investigation which is very reassuring. Blyth are incredibly lucky to have the GPs that we have. Thank you Dr PA for being such a lovely doctor, definitely the best! Also the receptionists I’ve spoken to for being so patient and helpful.

I am pleased that you have found accessing the GP and accessing continuity of care to be manageable as lots of our patients really struggle with this. For patients who cannot make themselves free at 8am to obtain a conventional appointment we have options to submit e-consults for non-urgent problems or to go on our triage list for urgent medical need.     Thank you to each and every member of staff. I have recently had two health problems. The quality of care from everyone was second to none. From Blood tests to Hospital test all have been delivered with exceptional speed, All results have been prompt and explained to me. If I had gone privately I could not have expected or received better treatment. From the bottom of my heart thank you to all.
