I used the non urgent contact form for the first time today. What an excellent service, I needed medical attention but didn't want to block up an appointment. I put the reason why I was contacting the surgey and got text reply from a doctor who solved my problem and prescribed my medication as this wasn't an urgent or serious issue

I used the online request for a medical issue. This service is extremely efficient for cases that don’t need an immediate appointment. The Doctor was very fast to respond and polite and sent a prescription down right away. I would definitely recommend!

I visited the surgery today and saw a Doctor was by far one of the best doctors I have seen in a while. She was friendly, efficient and really took her time to listen to the reason why I was there. The booking process was great and reception staff helpful.

I was cared for and listened too. I felt really heard, excellent communication and great knowledge shared. Compassion and care shown throughout the whole appointment.

Fantastic help from the practice helping to get my elderly mother registered there in a few hours and a home visit the following day, couldn’t recommend this practice enough!! They have been amazing.

Quick response to my phone call, the Doctor gave me a examination he said all was fine which gave me peace of mind and advice on my problem on what to eat and drink carry on as normal

My recent appointment was in regards to having my flu jab and covid jab The nurse who saw to me was polite and professional and showed a real interest in me as a patient
