My 14 year old is currently under camhs and has been given a working diagnosis of having asd, I have been trying to get her a face to face appointment with a gp for a minimum of 3 months, but just keep getting fobbed of by reception saying I need to call back at a certain time, which I do then to be told theres no appointments. Called 111, Crisis Teams etc to be told I need a GP. I've tried numerous times to use enconsult, the system either crashes or go to Urgent Care needed to contact gp immediatley?? We've been to a&e recently because of an injury, they have said I need to see a gp?? Priory has been my family doctors for over 30 years and it is impossible to get an appointment.

I have used this surgery for over 30 years. But in recent years the service has been shocking. They do not call back when they say they will. I have a chest infection I have tried to get a appointment via the phone but can not get through ever. I completed a engage consult which I was told I would have a call back yesterday by 18:30 which didn't happen I then get a text telling me to call in the morning for an appointment which is a Saturday and they only do pre booked appointments and do not answer the phones. So now I will have to put up with a chest infection for five days before getting the antibiotics I need. You can never speak to anyone to complain constantly told that they are not available. This used to be a great practice when you actually manage to speak to a Dr they are great but you can never get past the reception team.

Ongoing issue, very painful. They either don't answer, don't respond or book you appointment then cancel it. Very frustrating. Would not recomend.

My daughter was left without medication that should never have been left to run out as the gp was not available for a month to review her. You need to be weened off the medication she was prescribed and she was left with nothing and the admin team could not do anything to get me an appt! Even after many phone calls and e consults. Secondly My son has been left with infected eczema all weekend even though we were told our e consult would be dealt with by Friday afternoon. Called on Friday and as of 4pm there are No drs or nurses left at the practice to even look at the e consult that was submitted 48 hours earlier! We are told that 111 or a & e are the only alternatives. I’m not sure if this is the same for all surgeries but this was not the case before covid!

No wonder there are massive queues at the hospital when you can't get through on the phone. 57 minutes to get from 13 in the queue to 3. Unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback You are right this is not our usual level of service, unfortunately a system update that happened yesterday and caused a number of PC and Telephone issue for us which we found out just now is a National issue now. We are extremely sorry for the level of service you received due to this.

I called to make an appointment, I was given one for two days time. The receptionist rang the same evening and explained that a doctor was needed for my problem so I was given a appointment for the next morning . Simply brilliant thank you all for your care.
