I brought my autistic daughter in to surgery the doctor involved didn't appear to understand autism and learning difficulties. Also admitted he didn't know how to treat her Needs a lot more. training and understanding and a smile would go a long way

There is not a single picture on the wall of this practise, no magazines, flowers plants, comics or toys for the kids, it is downright depressing, white blank walls, a TV that isn't even turned on. Not one bit of niceness about the place. It's like the staff are punishing people for being ill......I will choose to go to a different surgery, if I am ill, fortunately I'm quite healthy most of the time. Not forgetting the miserable voice of the staff who answered my call, I wanted to ask her to put a smiley, happy voice on please as my husband needed advice on a medical problem.

Whenever I’ve had to phone the practice you nearly always have to wait in a queue but that I would think is normal practice nowadays When I do get through I have had good advice have been seen to medically and have been satisfied The staff are polite and good in what they do in this challenging time people need to be patient and understand how hard their job is
