I rang today to speak to someone , I was 6 th in the queue , got to no 2 and the phone started ringing , it rang for 35 minutes .no answer I was on the phone for 65 minutes in all disgusting .

Dear Sandra Thank you so much for your feedback. My name is Carley and i am the Practice Manager at Princes Park. I apologise for the poor experience you have received and know that this isn't acceptable. The phones are extremely busy at the moment during the Christmas break and we are trying our best to answer them as soon as we can. I did speak to you on 28/12/22 to apologise and booked you an appt through LIVI but you had already resolved your issue through seeing the chemist. We will endeavour to answer as many calls as we can and if you ever need anything then please contact me or come into the surgery and we will always try to do as much as we can to help. Hi over all the service is unfortunately I tried booking a doctors appointment today, called at 08:00 to be 6th in que, which is not too bad ,after about 10 mins reached number 1 then phone just rang for 5 mins without being answered. I put phone down and re rung only to get the engaged tone. if you can get an apointment the service is really good unfortunately the booking system lets it down

Hi Neil Thank you so much for your feedback I am Carley the Practice Manager and i want to send my apologies for the poor experience you received. I understand that this wasn't good enough and i have raised the issue with the senior management team. The phones are extremely busy at the moment, especially as we head into the winter and are offering flu clinics to our patients. We also have patients on the phone and at the front desk who we are trying to assist as best we can. As well as the surgery appts, we do offer GP appts on a video call if you download the Livi app to your smart phone or device. We are also offering two evening clinics and a Saturday clinic from 08/10 so that we can off extended access. Please accept my apologies, if you ever need to talk to me you can come into the surgery.
