Needed a minor operation. A partial resection of a toenail. My toe had been very sore. It would have been months to wait if I had been referred to hospital, but one of the GPs did in in a week. Excellent service throughout

Email or ring for a query about a prescription, it's either offline or phone line closed and this is at 9-15 am in the morning can't understand it any more it seems to a hit and miss profession and all the care and attention has gone. I'm in my 70's now and the old doctors could teach them a thing or two,so much for the modern caring profession.

Absolute disgrace of a surgery.. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.. they called me, I missed the call due to being at work.. they left a voicema to say call back urgently.. called back, was on hold for 50 mins, 1st in the queue for 20mins and then 6pm, the call just dropped.. disgusting customer service.. stay as far away as possible from this place.. no heart, no desire in the staff.. treat patients like garbage..
