   When we moved into the area 27 years ago, this practice was amazing. It was possible to actually contact the practice directly, speak to a receptionist who knew who you were and who could deal with your appointments as needed. Now there is a central message desk manned by people who don’t appear to care; a phone system which is not user friendly for anybody who works; an online booking system which is useless and a general attitude of disinterest. Trying to book a routine GP appointment is virtually impossible and medication requests and reviews are also not easy to do.
