I am very pleased my GP contacted me to follow up on recent admission and 999 call following my experiencing seizures, we discussed my medication does and the neurologists guidance and confirmed that I was on the correct dose.. all members of staff are proactive and keen to help follow up issues and help maintain my health and that of my partner. This is particularly important as my own memory becomes less reliable and the fact that NHS referrals are often unresponsive.

This is genuinely one of the worst, most uncaring medical centers I've ever experienced. Getting an appointment at this center is a lottery. I needed to urgently see a GP due to an unusual mole in my head, me and my partner called for over 10 days to finally get lucky and booked an appointment. Despite asking for a doctor, they put me with a nurse without telling me. I have long-term health issues, and I have always experienced a complete lack of understanding or empathy from the staff. They are consistently unwilling to help, and it’s only when you truly need to see a doctor that you realize how terrible the surgery's service actually is. NHS needs to urgently and carefully investigate this practice as their lack of care and poor patient management is causing serious harm to the local community, leaving many without access to timely and adequate healthcare.

I had a telephone appointment today at 10.20. My appointment was on time in fact a little early . The Dr was extremely approachable. He listened and addressed all my medical questions. He was extremely empathetic and has put a plan in place for my treatment. I would recommend anybody to this GP particularly for any medical issues that require continuity of care .

Doctor got me into hospital within the hour when I had a medical emergency at home. Would certainly recommend this practice. Although it is very frustrating to book an appointment, this problem seems to be the norm for Coventry.

I suffered bad sun burn and needed my bandage changed with the nurse, who was very caring and very knowledgable. I also met a student nurse who was also lovely and outgoing. I had a good experience and would recommend Phoenix family care. Trying to book in at 8am was stressfull for a following appointment but I received my phone appointment with the doctor the next day, who was on time and lovely. Good experience overall.

Telephone call, Doctor phoned as promised from last week. Friendly,helpful and professional. No need for long winded discussion. Full diagnosis of my issues and action taken by my practice.

Had to have a dressing changed on a regular basis. Nurses did an excellent job had no issue with getting appointments and having a pharmacy on site made it easy to get dressings

It's a complete nightmare. I have a number of medical conditions including high blood pressure, and I can't even get Phoenix Family Care to refer me to the hospital because they are too busy. There is a sign on the wall outside Reception saying "Speak to Reception about......" but they refuse to open the Reception Window. I've now been told that I need a telephone appointment with a GP. "Great, what number to I dial?" . "You don't ......we'll call you!".

I need to speak to one of my doctors at my practice. I phone on the dot of 8 am and no appointment to available . The receptionist I spoke to was bordering on rude and told me that she can’t give me an appointment if they haven’t got any and reminded me that I am one of hundreds of people phoning to get an appointment. When you have ongoing chronic health conditions this isn’t what you need! I have been with this practice in its various forms since 1962 and have never been dealt with like this before

Really caring and professional. Pleasant manner and nothing is too much trouble. Every appointment was a kind and lovely experience and the person involved knows how to communicate well and put you at your ease.
