The staff at the surgery are very welcoming from the reception staff ,Nurses and the Doctors. I had a visit recently and was very happy with my consultation with Dr Joseph.

Very poor experience. The gp center keeps you waiting for weeks and weeks. I was pregnant and I wasn’t given any preference in case of medical emergency. Availability of midwife only once a week makes everything difficult. No doctor was willing to talk to me or give a call back and n my case. Midwife moved my callback appointment to next weeks without letting me know and my matb1 form is now delayed to give to employer. Absolutely pathetic practice centre with no responsibility what so ever. Will be changing my GP center asap. Very bad experience and n the last few months.
