I impressed by professionalism of Doctors and staff in this surgery. I came to the appointments for vomiting for my son Doctor given antibiotic but am also not feeling well Doctor's seen me as well I was impressed in it

Excellent service from the staff Am late for the appointment staff called me keep remind and follow me up whether am attending or not informing nurse that am on my way holding my appointment and nurse seen me on time great experience

Dear Zike, Thank you for your review. We always try our best to accommodate all of our patients. We have a high rate of patients that do not attend their appointment. Therefore, we send text reminders, call reminders the day before and also call on the day if patient is not here at their appointed time. We encourage all of our patients to attend on time and contact us at the earliest time if they are not able to attend. This reduces any wastage as we can offer the appointment to another patient. All feedback is shared with our staff. Thank you again!

I need urgent appointment today they are fully booked still staff take name for cancellation list and then they refer me to pharmacy and keep follow-up with me until I get right place. I am impressed with this service

Although we offer more appointments than we are contracted, GP appointments can be filled quickly. After this, we signpost patients to the most appropriate service, whether it is to the pharmacy, to the pressure relief clinic or to 111. We also take our patients details in case there is a cancellation on the day. All feedback is shared with our staff and we hope to continue meeting your expectations. Many thanks again!

I heard from other doctors..he is very good doctor at heartlands hospital..I have come very early to see my doctor and given a nice and early appointment was helps me..I am a very busy person so I am very impressed that they organised a nice and early appointment for me..which helps me alot..

Dear M Shah, Thank you for your feedback! Our surgery aims to take all patients into consideration. We offer appointments all throughout the day, starting form early morning and up to 8pm on Mondays and Thursdays. We also offer appointments on Saturdays until 5pm. We understand that not all of our patients can attend the surgery during the standard working day hours (9am-5pm) and therefore offer these clinics to accommodate our patients. We are glad you had a great experience with our surgery and all feedback is shared with our staff. Thank you again!

This is the third time in recently we have been in very poor health no appointments had ring 111 and go to different medical centres. Whole family is ill with viral symptoms especially coughing and vomiting.Can not get appointment with own doctor.

Dear Mr Bashir, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your experience with the surgery. We aim to provide the best possible healthcare to our patients, and offer a higher number of appointments on a weekly basis than contractually required. We have two release times for appointments, 8am for morning and 11.30 for afternoon appointments. We also offer patients to walk in at 9am on Saturdays to arrange an appointment. Once these GP appointments are fully booked, we will book patients at the pressure relief clinic, refer to a local pharmacy or direct the patient to 111, depending on the nature of the issue. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact the surgery on 01213280999 and ask to speak to the complaints manager.
