    I submitted a request for a Med 3 over the weekend for a diagnosed condtion on the Sunday via the online system. I then received a message acknowledging my request and offering a phone consultation the same afternoon on the Monday. There was a given time slot of 2 hours which was adhered to and after my consultation I received my Med 3 via text within 30 seconds as advised. An excellent, professional and prompt service.

    I changed my practice because I couldn't get the help i needed from my old practice. Patford hs partnership saw me quickly and the service was exactly what I needed and was kind and friendly. I felt that they talked about what they could do to help rather than giving a long list of what they can't do. Thank you.

    Had a medicine review for my diabetes and after giving my name and address to the practitioner she started with " How can I help you ? " ( you called me ) and I can see from your records you're actype 2 diabetic ( I'm actually type 1)
