The doctor was helpful and pleasant and gave me useful advice. I had to wait over a week for my appointment, but mine was not a very urgent problem.

I found the GP I consulted to be kind, considerate and helpful. He was easy to talk to listened carefully to my concerns.

Patford House Surgeries have gone from strength to strength in all areas of their service. Friendly, caring, professional, efficient and available. Outstanding. My recent experience meant I was triaged for a 2 week wait urgent scan - faster than my through a private provider and with a greater field of experts.

Fairly straight forward.phoned reception.who sent me a message with time and date.on the day in and out within 15 mins which is all you can ask for

The Call was made on the day and time scheduled.The caller was Polite and efficient spoke clearly and was helpful.

I had a medical review yesterday over the phone. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and professional but I do feel these reviews would be better carried out in the surgery where the Doctor can actually see/test your symptoms and it isn’t based on a telephone conversation when I feel symptoms could easily be overlooked or not taken into account.

Phone call. Inconvenient time, poor quality sound. Impersonal. Given unrequested weight loss advice by a someone who I have never seen in person. It was for a medication review for an incurable lifelong medical need. Just a rick box exercise with not patient value.

The front house and nurse were so helpful and friendly. The phone call were helpfully and no problems was small. They sorted out the online prescription immediately.

I rang late Friday morning for an urgent appointment, I wasn't worried if it was a phone call or face to face! The pharmacist at the practice called me later in the afternoon and was able to prescribe medication and advice for over the weekend if needed. Thank you Patford Partnership. You get a lot of bad press, but yet again, you've helped me when I've been quite unwell
