    The doctor was a very good listener and asked pertinent questions to determine my needs. She was genuinely concerned and she made me feel comfortable when describing my symptoms.

    Called me at the indicated time, listened to what I said and made reasonable suggestions to improve my situation and arranged follow up call. Very happy.

    My Dr listened to me, and gave me time. He informed me of the plan moving forward, and made sure I was happy with it. I left feeling like someone had my back and I wasn't on my own.

    The telephone consultation for my annual review took place at the promised time, was friendly, caring and used to ensure the medication prescribed continues to be effective with no problems. A great way to check things without the need to attend an appointment at the surgery.

    I was greeted in a very warm and friendly manner by my GP. I was l listened to, that makes a huge difference. I asked if I could reduce my medication gradually and I was given information and told the benefits. I was also told that if at any time I felt I needed to review it again that I could make a new appointment. My questions were answered and information given. In fact I nearly skipped out of the surgery the appointment made me feel I was doing great!

    I was sent a date for a telephone consultation. No one contacted me on that day. The next morning I messaged the surgery. It has still not been read 7 hours after submitting it!
