    Dr has helped me with my circumstances that I have had to deal with that have been out of my control . Dr is very understanding of the effects of an abusive relationship and the health issues that this has created for me , she allows me the time I need to talk to her and converse the impact of my health implications and seems genuinely interested in helping me move forward would highly recommend her to others who may of been in the same position as me .

    Already have an ongoing complaint regarding generic asthma reviews and been bombarded with more text messages since last Tuesday, Weds, Sat, Tues and two more on weds. As I have previously explained, I complete a review even when it’s unnecessary ie last month my review was & I get another one this month! Fortunately for me my asthmas been bad these last 4 wks, but I’m told to increase my usual intake of inhaler without any face to face consultation or tests. I was told my medication will be ready at boots tomorrow and yet today there’s no text telling me it’s ready! I’ve increased my inhaler and barely have any puffs left now, I was short before I was told to increase it! The service is appalling and I would like to speak to a senior doctor about my complaint & asthma issues.

    I was struck on my visit that reception staff at Beversbrook still don't get perception matters. I know some patients can be rude, and a certain professional distance must be maintained. But, a smile and a pleasant manner goes a long way. In contrast reception staff at Patford are always obliging, and some go out of their way to be very helpful towards patients. I also saw a GP who I hadn't met before - she was affable, most proficient and it was a beneficial visit.

    Sometimes they are fast like this. Other times you can wait 20 mins onwards to reach them on the phone which isn't good enough for their early morning on the day appointments as they are usually gone so you have to go through it all again the next day. I held on the phone for half an hour In position 1 be for then could get an on the day appointments I need to see a Dr for a follow up appointment which was requested by one of my consultant if u book one at the desk your talking anything upto 2mths waiting with my my conditions or meds I can't do that. They have put my meds on hold because of me putting them in a couple of days too early . This is done due to the chemist having to order them in every month. If I put the in the day they are due to go in. Some of my main important tablets run out for two days and I'm really ill. I've spoken to the chemist about this as soon as he sees he orders them so they are in on time

    I received a text message saying to expect a telephone call about my prescription. They called within the time specified and were polite and once the issue had been discussed they sent it through to the pharmacy straight away.

    After messaging through SystemOnline, I was booked a telephone appointment with fy. I had seen fy at Beversbrook previously. What a breath of fresh air, to have someone at the practice that listens to you, wants to help resolve your issue, and is very helpful, not to mention very knowledgeable. Thanks for your time fy. The practice, now I use both SystemOnline and Patches works very well.
