The GP we saw was professional, caring & knowledgeable. She treated us with respect & listened carefully to what our concerns were. Rather than just treating the symptoms she is trying to get to the bottom of the cause

I took my daughter to this surgery for the first time. The doctor was so patient with my 14 year old. Spent time explaining her breathing issues and how to treat this. He listened to her and was extremely understanding. Sorry I cannot remember his name. But he rides a motor bike

I came away from my appointment feeling as though I had been really listened to and hadn’t been wasting the practitioner’s time.She was lovely to talk to and rang me with a message about something that she wasn’t quite sure of the next day. I felt very grateful to have seen her.

Very easy to check in with the self check in process. Gave me details of wait time (which was very short) and how many appointments were in front of me. Doctor was very friendly.

I have an issue regarding my long term prescription and having emailed several times and called many times (I am now in my 4th week of chasing). Not one person has called or emailed me back. They have failed to provide a public policy, despite asking me to put the request in writing and advising they would send. No commercial business would be allowed to give such poor service.

Rarely visit the practice but had wonderful care and treatment from one of the ANPs at Patford House yesterday. She listened , advised and I felt no embarrassment at relating my problems. As a retired health professional it was heartwarming to find such caring and compassionate treatment available at my GP surgery
