    Good visit from start to finish. Friendly efficient receptionist. Excellent nurse who organised a callback from health professional for later the same day. Very well cared for.

    On the telephone the consultation was conducted in a friendly and professional manner. After listening to me the advice given was very helpful and I felt confident regarding the treatment and to make another appointment if necessary.

    I had 2 text messages to let me know someone from GP surgery was going to contact me to discuss my recent medication order. No one rang me! I had my phone on me all day! I hope this doesn’t delay my medication as it’s important … I am still waiting for a call! But thank you for sending me the text to review what didn’t happen.

    New booking system for the cervical screening, was very useful as I could choose an appointment that would suit me. Being able to go to the doctors on a Saturday made it a lot less disruptive for my working week. Nurse was very friendly and knowledgable at all times and kept checking if I was ok during the procedure. I was in and out within 5 mins of my appointment time. So overall a wry good experience

    Although finding an appointment between school hours took a while (was meant have this appointment in March only was able to have it it may ) the actual appointment was quick , nurse was amazing reassuring and polite . Only waited 5 minutes my appointment was on time it was excellent
