    Given a pill review via a phone call, when have my weight was told to do more exercise and watch what I eat as ‘advice’. Disgusted as I hadn’t given them my height and I actually go to the gym 4-6 times a week also being someone who battled an eating disorder for two years I think this is utterly disgusting. However got on with call as needed my pills she said all fine and put through my mum went to collect my medication today and they have no recollection of any appointment or them being put through!

    Other people seem to have issues with the surgery but I can only speak from personal experience. The staff respond promptly, are friendly and very caring. I really cannot ask for more. On this occasion the nurse and pharmacist were efficient and dealt with me ahead of schedule. Thank you.

    Called for same day appointment, got a telephone appointment told to ring 111 to arrange a sample, 111 review told need to be seen in 6 hrs by the GP, called them 2nd time then GP gave another telephone appointment, complained got seen end of day. 2 days later had to go to A&E was unable to even sit up was prescribed wrong antibiotics by GP as told by A&E doctor. Was violently sick in car out of pocket for the wrong prescription & lost a day in A&E due to kidney infection that could have been avoided. Had to pay for a second prescription to put things right.

    Told would be rung at 10.20 am, morning best as work in a college. Voicemail left 4 hrs later as no signal in the Hub where I see vulnerable students. Even took phone with me every time I went to the loo. Voicemail told me to make sure I'm by my phone as would ring later. Didn't ring, so still have not had my med review. Pretty annoyed as I work as well and the expectation of being able to answer my phone whenever they decide ring. Half hour or so I get... but nearly 5 hours is a joke.

    I sent a message on Systemonline to request medication which I had had previously prescribed in November 2023. A phone appointment was made with a pharmacist, who phoned a few hours later. He had a quick chat with me and instantly forwarded the medication to my local pharmacy, ready for collection. Fast efficient service!

    Attended GP appointment. Seen on time and treated with care by the GP who took the time to listen. Pleasant receptionist following appointment who arranged further tests. Only issue is length of time it takes to get the appointments but that’s not the fault of either the GP or receptionist.
