Appointment for call came with very short notice but was suitable. Medical practitioner was knowledgeable and addressed concerns and sorted the review quickly including ordering a repeat prescription. Also followed up on longer term condition for next steps. All good.

Thought the doctor was arrogant and not that helpful…, I’ve recently had a heart attack and I felt as though he just brushed that under the carpet and almost intimated to brush my self off and carry on
