    Good caring doctor who seems generally concerned. My only problem is the message didn't state which surgery I needed to attend. I initially went to the wrong one but they messaged ahead saying I was on my way!

    The telephonic review was within the times illustrated in the text appointment. The current medications I take were listed and no negative conditions from the medications were noted. The staff member was polite and thorough.

    I always receive a great experience at Patford House surgery. The staff are always accommodating, the medical teams are knowledgeable and there to help/ resolve issues. Recently had my annual review the practice nurse was lovely and friendly, chatted through weight, blood pressure, bloods etc. Followed by a call from the pharmacist to discuss medication, again she was very friendly and efficient, asked lots of questions to make sure I am prescribed the right dose and products. Very happy with both appointments.

    I wanted advice on a non urgent matter and decided to use the Patch App from local surgery. It was ok but it would appear my communication system created a problem. I believe the surgery attempted 4 times to contact me before I had a conversation with the clinician. Again the result of advice was acceptable.

    I had a lovely doctor who sorted me out with tablets for a cold as well as my normal medicine, and when i returned home the tablets for my cold was ordered from my pharmacy.

    I was unable to attend my appointment in person, after calling the surgery in the morning they were able to change my appointment to a telephone call. The GP I spoke with was very understanding, listened to my views and we came up with a plan for my treatment together. I really felt I was listened to and that he really cared.
