    I initially used Patch and I was sent a booking link for an appointment with the nursing team. I was easily able to book a convenient day/time and received multiple reminders by email and text. My appointment was on time. The nurse was lovely and her relaxed manner immediately put me at ease. I’m very happy with the care I received.

    Was looked after by a lovely nurse who was so caring, putting me at ease, and very helpful with advice. I visited the surgery to make my appointment.. receptionist gave me a phone link to book my appointment which worked well. I also received text reminders for my appointment so I wouldn't miss it...which was great

    Although my recent experieqnce with my diabetes nurse was excellent, and couldn't have been better. My experience with the practice is that they are very distant and rigid. On top of that it takes ages to get them on the phone, sometimes as much as 45 minutes. When I have contacted my diabetic team through the practices email, their reaction has been almost immediate and I cannot fault them. There just seems to be so much red tape with anything else in the practice, so I usually don't worry about any other ailments and just get on with living.

    I’ve had trouble in the past going to GPs due to my anxiety but the entire staff were lovely and created such a comfortable and safe environment to talk about things

    After my appointment with the nurse, including blood tests, two days later I received the results via the NHS app and a follow up call from the practice. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

    The nurse practitioner that I have my HRT reviews with always listens and tries to understand how I'm feeling. Explains everything in a caring way and helps with prescription when the timing was wrong for ordering. All sorted and much easier to order now. Thank you
