Receptionist on initial visit was very helpful and told me that she would try to arrange an appointment and that she would call back the next morning. This is exactly what happened and my appointment was for 10.00am, only 1.5 hours later. My appointment went well with a recommendation from the doctor to visit the practice physio before returning to work.

Visited surgery today to see if my respiratory results had been sent to surgery told they were not here would have to contact hospital which I was ok about then asked to get a repeat proscription for medication that had been given before was asked why I needed these which I felt had nothing to do with the receptionist as to why I needed them was told blimey there’s enough there to knock you out which I felt I was being judged asked her if I would be getting a call back about this to be told well request has been put through so you’ll just have to wait and see felt that she was unprofessional and seemed that I was a inconvenience to her So now will just have to wait and see what happens now I suppose

Had my NHS health check , got the appointment for the the day after it was offered, The health professional I saw was very kind ,listened to my concerns & updated my file with the new information I provided, including scanning paperwork I brought with me , She gave me a date for a blood test at the surgery in a couple of days , She was sympathetic and empathetic, I didn't feel rushed . The reception staff member I delt with was very helpful.

The lady who i saw was so kind, caring and patient. She took the time to listen to me and I didn't feel rushed. She was very helpful and has already booked an appointment for me with the physio. Exceptional service...thank you!!

My experience relating to a health check was excellent . My observation whilst in the surgery was poor. Screens not working, elderly people coming to desk and not being able to get help with using system . Very sad to see people having to wait for next appointments to be released

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that for our elderly patients utilising the self check in can be challenging. If patients are not able to use the self check in screens, our reception staff are always happy to book patients in at the reception desk on their behalf. Me practitioner today was kind and smiley. She explained the reason for my visit, she took time to listen, she gave extra information that was relevant to my answers, and went beyond what was required to make me feel comfortable and welcome. What a star!

I would like to say a big thank you for the person doing my health check today.She was so excellent and kind,explained about cholesterol and her advice was invaluable. Lovely to speak to and put me on the right track. She is an asset to your practice.

Today I submitted an online form and was promptly given an appointment. The appointment was very thorough with lots of time taken. I was very happy with the outcome today.

It's plainly impossible to talk to someone over the phone. No matter if I'm caller number 1 or 10th in the queue. The queue never, ever moves up. I've been trying for literal months to contact the surgery via phone for different issues or queries as I work in London and I'm unable to come in person unless I have an appointment scheduled. I've never stopped trying but I've also never been able to get through to someone over the phone. How is this possible?!?!
