Today I submitted an online form and was promptly given an appointment. The appointment was very thorough with lots of time taken. I was very happy with the outcome today.

It's plainly impossible to talk to someone over the phone. No matter if I'm caller number 1 or 10th in the queue. The queue never, ever moves up. I've been trying for literal months to contact the surgery via phone for different issues or queries as I work in London and I'm unable to come in person unless I have an appointment scheduled. I've never stopped trying but I've also never been able to get through to someone over the phone. How is this possible?!?!

We have recently installed a new telephone system, which patients' will have a more positive experience using. The nurse who treated me at 12:05 on the 4th October dressed my wounds with care & compassion. She also made other appointments for my arm to be treated. This painful session was made as comfortable as possible for which I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

I have received very good care throughout the last week by 3 different medical staff. I would like to commend them for their care and patience, their patient care and personal skills were very good. Nurse who has taken blood and my ECG, dr who referred for further tests and initial health review nurse who took time to listen and seek further investigation. All amazing at your job

I saw renata today for a blood test and I told her my fear of needles, she was brilliant as she managed to take blood within seconds as we were talking. She was very professional and friendly. If u hate needles definitely ask for her

I bring my elderly Mother to Parkwood Surgery. On every occasion its been a good experience, with everyone of the staff treating us lovely and professionally. In the last two days we have seen both the Pharmacist and the Nurse. Both very good. Thank you, Parkwood Surgery.

I was personally welcomed by the practitioner who was very professional and thorough, made notes, carried out an examination and at the end summed up what will happen next. At all times I felt comfortable and reassured that I was being listened to and that there will be various tests carried out. A very pleasant experience. I left feeling confidant that all that could be done was being acted upon.
