Thats disgusting they make appointments but they do not let you know untill you ring them to make an appointment. Park surgery has gone down hill we been with them fo 30 years.

  2. Review titled Unfortunate Experience

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Although most of the doctors I have spoken to have been kind and helpful, the last one I saw I found to be patronising and didn't seem to understand my problem and I left the surgery feeling infinitely worse than when I arrived.

  3. Review titled Terrible service and attitude to patients

Rated 1 star out of 5

Phone system is inadequate and loops resulting in patients being unable to contact them. No communication when they change your registered GP. The phone back system is inconvenient when your working as no time can be given. I have sympathy for the workload, but admo inefficiency are adding to that unnecessarily.

  4. Review titled Impossible to speak to my GP

Rated 1 star out of 5

Since having a fall and going to A&E just before Christmas, where it was found that i had broken several bones, i have been trying to contact my GP, without success. The surgery telephone number goes into a loop and won’t allow me to speak to anyone or leave a message and the online contact methods - systmonline and nhs app state that messaging services and appointments to this surgery are not available.
