I did an online repeat prescription this morning at 8.30 and by 10.40 I had a text from the Pharmacy to say the prescription was ready for collection Such amazing service, thank you very much to all concerned

The nurse at Park Surgery rushed my blood test pulled the syringe up too fast which caused me to feel queasy and started tapping away on the keyboard with the syringe still in my arm, I told her it felt painful and uncomfortable but she brushed it off, I now have a big purple bruise on my arm which I have never had with any other blood tests I have had in the past and I have had many! Horrible experience and not impressed
