Finally found a GP who takes their time and truly listens. I felt very taken seriously and both reception and medical staff are kind and great

Staff are always helpful, friendly, professional and patient. Whether it’s GP’s, Reception, Nurses or the Pharmacist, the service is brilliant. General information by text is also helpful and efficient. The NHS at its very best.

I’ve had an ear ache now for weeks - it is getting worse causing dizziness. This surgery keep fobbing me off to the walk in!! I work full time and I can not book an appointment in advance. Where is the duty of care? This surgery needs to be investigated!

Dear Patient, I'm so sorry to hear about your ear and that you feel fobbed off. For ear pain we normally need to see you in person so we can examine inside. Please either call in the morning between 8 and 10am on the day you can come in or submit a PATCHs request online with details of what is wrong so we can arrange a timely appointment.
