I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience at your practice and to offer my assistance in improving your appointment management system. I visited your practice today with my son for a scheduled home check appointment with the GP. We had booked this appointment a couple of days in advance for 9:20 am, and we arrived promptly at 9:15 am. However, we were not seen by the GP until approximately 10:05 am, resulting in a wait time of about 45 minutes. I would like to understand why there was such a significant delay despite having a scheduled appointment. As an IT professional with extensive experience in hospital systems, I am familiar with managing appointments and token systems to minimize waiting times. If desired, I am willing to volunteer my expertise to help integrate an efficient system within the existing NHS framework. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this further or if there is any way I can assist in optimizing your appointment scheduling process. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Tried to book an appointment on the phone only to be told to click on a link,I informed the person on the phone I do not do internet she just insisted I click on the link

I needed two things in todays visit an updated prescription and a phone call with a doctor. 5 members of staff .. 6 people waiting .. no one was being spoken to or issues resolved completely ignored! Receptionist then picked up a phone call adding an extra 10 minutes onto my 15 minutes waiting. The receptionist when she could be bothered then made me an appointment with the wrong doctor. When I asked about the prescription which just needed updating to the new increased amount I was told that this could be sorted out and the right medication increase would be given..? Within 5 minutes of leaving the practice I had two missed calls about this ? The reception failed to mention the doctor I requested had left and she made me an appointment with who ever without even asking if this was ok? Then clearly didn’t understand the inquiry about the medication and prescription? I left feeling very frustrated and angry as this shows a clear lack of respect for the patient and sheer incompetence on the part of receptionist ! Luckily the person who called actually took the time to listen to me and didn’t want me off the phone or out the door in 2 seconds. You need to do better so sick people aren’t left feeling completely frustrated and angry with your service. I felt like a number and an inconvenience to the receptionist today and will now be going online to avoid having a repeat experience.

No matter my issue or reason for calling I receive a great service. The team work tirelessly for everyone. I’m 47 and been with the same surgery since birth….can’t fault any of the staff. Always helpful and try to get you the best appointment. I’ve had my babies with this surgery and they have received the most amazing support which was needed being born prematurely and there being two! Thank you all for all you have done and continue to do! X

Needed help as I had injured my back, couldn't walk and in extreme pain. Couldn't get to the practice and didn't get an answer from 111 decided to try to cope. But pain was too severe. Rang the surgery, but wasn't sure I would get help as I couldn't visit. I couldn't have been more wrong. Doctor rang me back, discussed my problem and aware of what medication I was already taking ordered the appropriate medicine and made sure it went to a chemist my daughter could get to for me. Everything was done so well and so quickly. Within a couple of hours of ringing the medication was already starting to work. I couldn't possibly have had better, or more suitable treatment. The only problem was my own. I should have rung sooner. Thank you so much for being there for me. But then again they always are. I just didn't know you could get an emergency telephone appointment. Thanks again

Last week a family member needed to see a GP face to face urgently. We called reception at 1000, and a very helpful receptionist got them an appointment at 1500 on the same day. The GP was excellent- she listened, explained, discussed treatment options and then prescribed. Our family member said that she was the best GP they'd ever seen. It must be disheartening for GPs to see all the negative comments from press, politicians and some patients. We had proof last week that GPs are working hard, seeing patients F2f when needed, and providing a great service in very difficult times. Thank you Park Green.

So i had an appointment today at 10am i am a type 1 diabetic insulin user 3 weeks ago i rang with a really bad sickness bug so the receptionist told me to ring 111 so when i finally got through 38hrs later they asked why my receptionist had told me to ring 111 so three weeks on i am still been sick shivers aches headaches 24hrs on the toilet loss of smell & taste i finally got an appointment today at 10am so i arrived at 9.45 so i at 10.40 i asked the receptionist when i would be going in as i have been here a while she said i'm next so sat back down 11.05 i got up to ask again to say i was leaving as i have dogs at home that need feeding she asked if i could come back later in the afternoon absolute disgusting service i had to leave to come home without been seen i will never enter that surgery again i will be swapping doctors and my family will asap

My monthly prescription has been rejected twice. First presented 17 0ct 22. After telephoning the surgery was asked which medication I needed. I answered all except 1 item. When chemist information me it was ready 4 items were missing. I went back up to the surgery and was told they were on variable! Was promised they would send the script down asap. So I waited at the chemist for 40 mins. I developed a migraine due to stress and decided t.o go home. It's now Monday and still not received my 4 items.
