   I filled out an on line form early in the morning and was texted an appointment almost immediately, for 2 days later to see a GP. Unfortunately, the appointment was unsuitable due to work commitments, so I tried all day to call & change it. No answer until 16:30. Receptionist said she was unable to give me an appointment on another day and I have to fill out another form on that day. This was so frustrating I cried. This practice is usually very good, but in this case it seems their system overly bureaucratic and exists only to help the GPs, not the patients. Whoever heard of a receptionist who is unable to make an appointment?
