It is generally possible to obtain an appointment on the same day if you phone at 8 am. Appointments do disappear quickly so if you are able it’s easier to drop in at 8 instead. Last week I needed a blood test and was seen very quickly

I keep getting texts meant for someone else. I live in another part of the country. Inconvenient for me and possibly dangerous for the patient if she is not getting important information. I have been notifying you for the last few years but still receive texts. Please remove my phone number from all data bases.
