Mental health clinic had agreed to call me 3pm tuesday and they sent me and my mum calls and texted they urgently wanted to talk to me . When i called they did not want to talk? i had agreed a phone call at 3pm and when i called in to reception they said they dont want to talk? they called in at 10am ? i am not satisfied with the service and i will keep declining the call from them. I am thinking of being without a gp.

I attended the surgery with an issue on which I was expecting to have a referral to a specialist and I am not happy till date there has been no diagnosis given

The doctors themselves are good and I have nothing against them but the receptionists are horrible; every single time you try to call for some kind of help or information, the tone they use makes you feel like they are not interested at all in helping you out, and always in a hurry to hang the call up. Today I wanted some help with placing an order on Patchs, the esteemed lady at the other end of the line from the reception made sure to hang the call up as soon as possible and slammed the telephone down after telling me to either figure the website out or leave a note at the reception... what is this behavior?
