I have had to visit doctors 3 times this week and each time receptionist has been prompt caring,listened well and helped doctors and paramedic all very helpful they listened to my concerns and worked hard to find solution

Very kind and caring doctor who explained things so I understand. Professional at all times. Courteous, knowledgable, the appointment was on time. I didn’t feel rushed.

My mum and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in her care. The continued support shown through her Cancer journey has made the road less lonely and navigated together! We thank you for your care and compassion and empathy which has made the challenges easier to face. Keep up the amazing work you do and the human approach face to face contact you give. Sadly this is not always the case in healthcare today due to the rising pressures and pushed resources. You are all truly caring and feel like extended family. Thank you, two small words for the tremendous work you do!!

Blood test needed attention for myself and wife, We were phoned and given advice over the phone. Follow up blood tests were good, we feel well looked after and always have at this practice

I had occasion to come to the surgery to see the practice nurse and from this visit I asked her about a medical worry I had. She immediately took this in hand and between her and the lovely receptionist sorted me out with my query and worry. The practice nurse immediately passed me on to see the Paramedic which was so helpful. Thank you so much I was very grateful and appreciated all of the help and kindness of the staff involved help.

Lovely nurse, so empathetic and kind. I had to get blood work, however, I am terrified of needles... (also whether I'm going to find out I have something else wrong with me). But she was so sweet and talked me down, but most of all, she was patient with me and didn't make me feel like I was taking up time or being a burden. Under the circumstances, dealing with Covid etc.. it's felt like the last few years have been like a conveyor belt. Next!! Get your 10 mins time slot then, Next! So it was pleasant and not so daunting when I had to go back again. I was stressed and worried that much that I turned up a day early??? But to my surprise, they did what they could to squeeze me in so I didn't have to come back again. I was seen within 5mins. Fantastic!! Hope this is the way forward. Well done guys, superb customer/patient care. Fills my heart ❤️
