The Muslim girl at the reception help me book the blood test appointment at my suitable time. The staff is very professional, polite and helpful.

I went to the surgery today to ask about some paperwork for a fasting blood test that the nurse wanted me to take in three months time from when I last saw her, which is about now. The receptionist m r was in today and she dealt with the matter most efficiently and we had a laugh about general thing as she is such a lovely bubbly person who doesn't make you feel your taking up valuable time. I got my blood test request form without hassle. It's a pleasure to deal with her, and I might add all the staff.

I had a diabetic review with Practice Nurse A on Tuesday 27/9/24 She presented as being highly professional, well informed and welcoming. She reviewed previous results, asked highly relevant questions to fill in any gaps in the records and get up-to-date information on any issues I may be having. I have an element of ‘white coat’ anxiety and also Autism and ADHD. Practice Nurse A put me at my ease throughout the appointment. She gave excellent advice on diet, exercise, foot and finger care, without being preachy, superior or demeaning. Something some other practices could learn from. Altogether, the sorts of high standards that I would love to see across all health providers

Hi for the time that I’ve been surgery is only one year. Most of the receptionist can deal with a problem better than the others but there is one person that really stands out for me. She goes above and beyond her tasks for the day she has been most helpful and understanding, every time that I’ve come to the surgery or at the phone she is such an efficient person and deals with things very promptly. The person that I’m on about is Mrs mjr It’s always been a pleasure to speak to this lady. She has passion for her job and does it well?

Receptionist b r help me a lot with app. She has done the app for me she is very helpful and she tried her best to resolve the app. Now it's working I would say thanks for this help and her time.
