A lot of time and resource is saved by having the messaging facility. I am so impressed with the speed of response to any query I've had, plus the fact I can call and get an appointment that isn't 6 weeks away is such a relief. We are really please we found this practice!

My experience was great, I was made to feel important, relaxed, though I was tensed, the nurse/DR didn't want to hurt me and had to rebook me.

There nurses are friendly, efficient and effective, they made me feel relaxed and easy to talk to, and what I went for was well attended to and sorted, i will refer the practice to family, friends and people over and over again

I saw a very good GP today who took her time to understand my complext health issues. Very different to my last experience. I have asked to see only the GP I saw today in all future appointments because she was very good, and is doing everything she can to help me with my conditions.

I was unable to do a self referral online and did not have access to a computer contacted the surgery and they done it for me straight away I cannot fault the service at all. Everyone I have met so far at this surgery has been polite professional but also friendly. I find it easy to make an appointment and call backs are nearly always done on the same day. Staff have always been very helpful. I was worried about joining a new GP surgery but they have been extremely good.

The doctor explained things in a lot of detail. I took out my notebook and wrote a lot of notes down. We even started talking about chess which is a mutual interest we both share ! We then spoke about the chess candidates 2024 and the openings to play with the white and black pieces !! A very nice chat !!
