I have attended multiple appointments and each time, there has been a lack of consistency in my medical records. On my last visit, the practice could not locate my previous medication details or any records of my condition. This level of disorganisation is alarming and suggests a lack of proper record-keeping and communication within the practice.

Have always had such positive experiences when visiting the practise. The reception staff are very polite and patient. I always get a prompt response from e consultations and will be seen in the day of contacting them. From the nurses to every GP I have met, all have been friendly, professional and proactive. Thank you!
