I was recently seen by she was thorough friendly and efficient. She picked up on another problem that I had and referred me to the physio. I was seen the next day Thanks 🙏

Waiting room plenty of space. Nurse who dealt with wife and myself was officiant and helpful who was able to assist each of us. Even though we have to return in a weeks time we were able to make the appointment ther and then with the nurse.

The appointment was to discuss ongoing treatment following an XRay examination of my damaged shoulder. It was informative and a clear plan was established.

I have made an appointment online where I uploaded a picture of my fungal toenail. I was contacted by the Surgery to come for an appointment. When I came and waited for my delayed appointment, I was seen only to be told that the this might not be a fungal infection, but my toenail was to short to take a clipping sample. I was told it need to grow longer or I can go private. So why was I not told that over the phone and was asked to come? It could clearly been seen on the uploaded picture that the toenail was too short (about halfway what a notmal nail should be) What a waste of everyones time! I am very disappointed and still have the problem.

I have been booked in for my nail surgery at the Podiatrist in this practice and got it done in quite efficient and professional manner who have been amazing, informative, patient and thorough with the whole procedure. They allowed extra time for the local anaesthetic to work and reassured me which made me feel appreciated and at ease. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism. Spot on !! ⭐️

I phoned for a same day appointment, was ninth in the queue and chose the callback facility which worked well. I was contacted later that morning with an afternoon appointment. My appointment was on time and the doctor I saw was both empathetic and thorough.

I had been booked for 2 appointment off which I had no notification. Then eventually I got a call back which was extremely hard as the person with whom the conversation was with didn't have any back ground off my problems. Eventually we came up with a plan that right for me to move forward.
