My appointment was on time and the GP took the time to explain all the questions I asked. I was left reassured with our conversation and wouldn't hesitate to use this practice again. Thanks.

Quick effective visit to see the doctor, very helpful. Sending a letter to find out what is happening next. I felt the doctor looked after me very well.

Saw a nurse at Northenden Friday 13th September- she was excellent in every way - bring friendly- knowledgeable and helpful - she was a very good advert for Northenden Group Practise

Just felt at ease, staff all smiled as they passed or said hello. Reception area was clean & after filling the triage form response was swift with an answer.

The doctor was able to quickly arrange two appointments (for totally different services) which directly followed each other on the same morning so I only had to make one trip Also arranged a further appointment to consider any further treatments the tests may require! All three were dealt with me in efficient and friendly attitude which put me at ease !

Always kind and thoughtful as I am extremely nervous. I was able to get an appointment very easily and was seen on time. The waiting room is very warm,that is my only negative.

The healthcare professional I saw listened to me. A simple thing, but rare! All my various chronic health problems and the treatments I'm receiving for them were recorded and taken into consideration. I felt that I was experiencing an holistic approach to my pain and mobility issues. I am happy with the potential solutions I was given.

Very hard to get an appointment.. if you get one it's like winning the lottery .. many hurdles to covercome to get one. As a working person it was extremely difficult

The lady I saw was amazing. I have the most difficult of veins and taking blood can be a traumatic experience. Not this time. She wax professional, quick and calm. Highly recommend.
