My recent visit to Northenden Group Practice was a very positive experience. I completed the online form at 7.30am Monday morning (which I know is a busy time) & saw the GP at 10.00am. The GP took time to listen & do the relevant checks. Despite being ill, I left feeling better. The pharmacy next door was also really efficient sorting out my prescription. Thank you both.

New on line booking worked well . Prompt call from surgery for next day appt with Doctor . New Doctor to me . Very good with problem . Follow up conversation with Doctor same day ref referral appt .

I booked a blood test at reception. I showed the receptionist the blood form from the Genetics Testing Service which shows requirement for “5 to 10mls” blood draw. Attend my appointment at the surgery but they only have 4.5ml vials so can’t do the blood draw. Waste of NHS appointment, now having to do it again at hospital.

Understanding GP and nurse , kind and patient , made referrals there and then, made appointment s for blood etc everything went smoothly

The Dr I saw today was very understanding, very easy to speak to, she was listening to my problems, unfortunately.... one step at a time for me.

Have been ill for 2 weeks ,have seen GP twice in a week,fortunately the same GP,lovely caring Doctor. Receptionists have been great getting me 2 appointments and ringing me with the appointments which I did online, I very rarely see a Doctor as tend to sort myself out ,but this time needed one and hopefully problem resolved,been with this surgery 35 years and not had problem in getting appointment when I am ill ,and the receptionist on the desk thus morning is very good at her job she never ssid no to patients ,just said let's see what I can do to help well done her .
