Nork clinic delivers an excellent service. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. Staff go out of their way to help patients. I have no negative feedback to offer other to say patients who endlessly complain should maybe consider moving surgery if they are so unhappy.

Generally when you do get to talk to the staff they are helpful, just make sure that you don't need help between 12 and 2pm. Since the move to online forms it seems as if the practice wants to avoid appointments being made, which is especially annoying when the online forms that are supposed to be used are closed so you cannot even try and make an appointment.

Thank you for your feedback . We are sorry to hear about your experience with the website .We do understand the frustration caused to patients when you are unable to get through to the Surgery. This system is being used by all practices within the Surrey locality implemented by our CCG . Unfortunately we only have a finite number of appointments each day to offer, so the website is closed when we are unable to offer any further appointments. If you feel that the matter is urgent and cannot wait until the next day, then please phone the surgery or have tried the website on several occasions when it is closed, then again please call the Practice as our phone lines remain open from 8.30-6.30pm.
