I want to record my thanks to Newquay Health Centre for responding so quickly to a medical problem I had on the 6/9/2023. I completed the online form and was contacted very quickly offering an appointment that afternoon. The doctor I saw at the Health Centre was excellent and thorough. She had read my notes before I arrived and was very professional. She gave me a full examination and ordered tests including bloods which were done by a very caring and efficient nurse. These tests have subsequently shown an infection so I am on treatment and hopefully on the mend. A doctor followed up with me the next day regarding my blood results and i feel that the service and care I have received from all the staff at Newquay Health Centre from the office staff, receptionist , nursing staff and doctors is outstanding. Thank you Newquay Health Centre

I used the online contact form which I was a little sceptical about, however I had a call from a receptionist to book me an appointment with a doctor not long after I submitted the form. This is a very efficient service, I was seen quickly and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you all at Newquay Health Centre

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all involved in my care today. I needed emergency contraceptive in a hurry and everyone from the lovely lady on reception, to the duty doctor and staff working in the pharmacy next door (sorry I didn’t get anyone’s names) were absolutely amazing and treated me with respect and compassion. You’re all amazing and the patients you care for are very lucky to have you.

Again, I contacted the surgery through Klinick and was called back very quickly. I had an appointment the same day with a very pleasant nurse practitioner who prescribed the required antibiotic. This surgery seem, to me, to be doing a great job despite the extreme pressure they’re under.
