I was advised to bring my sick daughter at stoney Lane surgery at 2pm however upon arrival was told there was no appointment. I was then advised I needed to go Grantham Rd surgery as the appointment was there. Running back and fourth between Dr surgeries and then having to wait for 1hr 30mins at the Dr's surgery to be seen. Appalling service and no organisation or communication between staff.

Especially the receptionist I spoke to on this day.. clear and excellent customer service skills including listening.. helps you find a resolution and give excellent advice.. takes ownership when required. Thank you
