Not only can I not get an appointment to see a doctor, I cannot even get an appointment for a covid or flu vaccination

I called the practise to talk about some blood results relating to a condition. After about 20 mins waiting I was put through to someone who said they were not medically trained to give me my results but they would arrange an appointment the next day to discuss them. I was told that the appointment would be at 9am however it may not be at exactly that time. I just said okay thinking it would be 10, 20 minutes out. I was also told to look in the app for them. However despite frequent use of the app, my records do not appear there. When I asked why they could not give me an answer. Today is the day and I was meant to have my appointment at 9am. I have been waiting by the phone and cancelled a day out with family for the appointment. An hour later and still nothing. Why do i even bother. I don’t usually have to complain, but this is shocking.
