Appointment was running late but it was extremely busy. My nurse was kind and gave me all the information I needed about my appointment and more on another issue. She was very professional. I never really have any issues getting an appointment when I need one.

The doctor I saw was very professional and also caring. Any questions asked were answered pleasantly and with understanding of my concerns.

Arrived slightly early for my appointment, received the treatment on time and was offered a BP check, which I accepted. All done in a friendly, yet professional manner.

Found having my job done very easy and the staff very kind very well organised and even had chance of a blood pressure reading after the jab

Recently attended for Flu jab. Well organized with cheerful and efficient staff. Was impressed with the streamlined entry plan on the day. Staff and doctor were very approachable and professional.

Every aspect from booking to receiving my flu vaccination was really smooth, quickly and professionally carried out by the surgery and staff, if making and receiving a doctors appointment came anywhere close to this experience it would receive 5 stars but sadly that service is nowhere near.

In response to problems encountered with our telephone lines and appointments we have changed the way we provide appointment booking, added additional on-line appointments and upgraded our telephone system, all of which, we believe has made a significant improvement to patient access. Obviously a lot of thought gone into this! There was a lot of nurses doctors and I can only assume volunteers to guide you to the correct station

I had a blood test which was carried out efficiently. The phlebotomist was friendly and put me at ease. I was seen on time and there were no problems
