    Dr extremely helpful Whilst it took a very long time to get through on the phone the new triage form made it so much simpler to get an appointment (as long as you’re up and on in time to fill it in) Got an appointment a lot sooner than expected

    All my query’s were answered brilliantly. She was very professional and compassionate. Listened to my response and noted everything down. Did exactly what I wanted to hear and described next steps precisely. Felt great on leaving.

    After a few failed attempts at completing the online form due to maximum number reached, I managed to submit one and the next day received a phone call from a receptionist who booked a phone call with a doctor for 2 weeks time. On this call, the doctor listened and asked questions to further his understanding. I felt listened to and was happy with outcome of further tests and a face to face appointment being booked.

    Saw a lovely lady who helped me with my condition, said she would ring for review which she did exactly at the time planned than rang today as a courtesy call to see how I was doing . Fantastic service and continuity thank you

    I made appointment due to being in a state of very high stress. I felt the level of understanding, patience and reassurance that I experienced was very good and was at a time I really needed it.

    Used the booking form to get an appointment. Contacted within 24 hours for an appointment and they fitted me in the same day. Also saw the Dr I wanted to see. Excellent service

    Online form submitted but couldn't wait longer as I was in alot of pain , so rang on phone and receptionist was so kind and polite got my details down and problem im having and ask Dr to ring me as soon as they can and they did , very grateful thank you so much.

    Two weeks after a fall at home, new heavy bruising continued to appear, even though I was feeling much better in general. My wife, in particular, was very worried, and insisted on ringing the practice, for advice. The receptionist listened carefully to her concerns and initially it was suggested that we visit Accident and Emergency. My wife explained that this would be difficult for me, as I have mobility issues and it is virtually impossible to park at the hospital, at the present time. The receptionist was very understanding and after consulting with her colleagues, rang back to offer us an appointment, at The Health Centre, with a paramedic, for early the next morning. This morning we attended and received excellent care, advice and reassurance. The lady we saw, said that we had done the right thing to ask for advice and that she would consult the G.P. and let us know if we needed further investigation. Shortly afterwards we received a telephone call with a booking for some blood tests, just to make sure that all was well. We were extremely grateful to everyone concerned.

    Was really quick in getting back to my request and booking my appointment and the dr was very efficient and supportive of my symptoms and giving advice on a cure
