Having received a text to make an advanced appointment with a doctor to discuss some test results the message itself was extremely inaccurate with day and date. This led to 3 unsuccessful attempts to make the appointment and the practice admin refusing to help resolve the situation which occured due to their errors I would not recommend this practice as the incompetence of admin is outstandingly poor

Attitude of reception staff is appalling, seriously lacking in any kind of customer service skill. Maybe i was just unlucky with the charmer I spoke with but i doubt it.

I have recently moved from these drs as I have a long standing neuro disorder and need medical attention frequently. For months, everytime I phoned for appointments I was only ever seen by the nurse and on my last call was told I couldn't see a go as there weren't any?? The first app at my new drs I was told my iron was extremely low, something that was flagged on my last blood tests at this practice but was never informed about and am now awaiting a colonoscopy. Absolutely shocking that vital info from tests isn't being shared but instead you're told the test was clear. I'm not the only member of my family who's been told tests were clear when in fact they weren't. Needs shutting down!

I have had reason of late to need the services of the practice. I always receive the best service. The admin, nursing and medical staff are very helpful and friendly. I’d like to commend them for their hard work and care shown to me. Thank you.

I have had need to interact with the practice in various ways in recent weeks - telephone consultations, attending reception and face-to-face appointments with both GPs and nurses. Everyone provided first-rate service...and obviously, at times of such extreme pressure, they can only do their best. Thank you everyone in the practice for helping us when the pressures and frustrations on you all in the present climate must be so challenging and difficult. You have a thankless task in trying to keep us all happy. Well done.
