Quick, efficient but also friendly. The queuing system was well organised and therefore, we were seen to immediately.

Review titled Flu Jab at Stanground Surgery
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Very organised, quick and easy to have my flu jab 2023. Friendly staff and no big queues. Good that the surgery arranged a Saturday for this purpose, as many working people struggle to go in the week.

Going to Stanground surgery apart from prearranged vaccinations is still proving difficult. Steps have been made to let patients arrange appointments in advance but some reception staff still try to send you to Doctrin first.

Review titled Great experience

Had a flu jab at the practice at the weekend and it was the best experience of a flu jab I've ever had. Literally walked in and straight through to a practitioner, gave my required details and was all completed. Arrived, parked, had vaccine and was back in the car within 2 - 3 minutes. Excellent service and lovely, pleasant, friendly and welcoming staff. Well done!

I received a text notifying me that I could just turn up before 1 pm on Saturday 7th October so I arrived about 11 am. Walked straight in and received flu jab and out again in no more than 5 minutes. Excellent service.

Staff Re lovely . On arrival at tbe surgery .no one to meet you .wondering about looking for staff .eventually found staff to give injection in room . Efficient. The whole surgery now is .u can't get an appointment .no doctors . End up going to alternative help . Order medication on time .tend to run out 3 days then have to ring to ask were it is . Then arrives next day . Thinking of moving doctors to a surgery that I can get an an appointment at yo see someone
