Review titled Good practice
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Keith Gowthorpe - Posted on 13 December 2022
Today I received the usual prompt and efficient service that I have mostly enjoyed for the past 15 years. Coronavirus has had a dramatic affect on all Doctors practices, and New Queen Street is no exception. It is now time to get back to the level of service that was enjoyed previously with more face to face consultations where appropriate, and I suspect that this will require the recruitment of more clinical staff.

Review titled Post operation after care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Tony - Posted on 25 January 2023
Following an operation in Nov 22 I was looked after by the nurses at the surgery, changing the dressing weekly and ensuring the wound healed well. They explained everything and took advice when needed. If one nurse wasn't going to be there one week they handed over to the other for the next week. They were always pleasant and could not have expected better treatment.

Review titled Flu vaccination only
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Flu vaccination clinic much improved over previous years no long queue snaking round the building this time and an opportunity to make an appointment which ran smoothly. Other areas of practice care need improvement though.

All done really efficiently, no waiting etc, lovely staff The only thing I would say may need adjusting is the text messages concerning masks to be worn, I received it approx an hour after my appointment
