Booked blood test appt last week only had to wait a few days seen on time was pleasant lady who took blood in and out quite quickly very satisfied with service

Went for my smear test today which I was nervous about and the nurse was so caring and put me at ease made me feel like she genuinely cares about me didn't rush the whole appointment such a lovely lady.

Invited for a health check. The nurse was friendly and professional, making me feel relaxed and taking time to explain what was required and why. Have been with this surgery for 25 years and have always been pleased with the help and service received.

After a very helpful phone consultation, I was asked to get a bloods test. I walked into the surgery, and booked very easily. Yesterday went for the ‘extraction’ and the nurse could not have been more helpful, gentle and patient, as I do not give blood easily. I’m once again impressed by the face to face care at the surgery.

Blood test today friendly staff and professional, shame it takes so long to get an appointment. No one in surgery so seen on time. Cannot fault there professionalism.

Managed to get an appointment for the next day at my local practice. Seen on time, very efficient (and relatively pain free); both receptionist and phlebotomist went out of their way to help.

After call with doctor appointment made for blood test blood pressure at surgery Health care assistant very freindly prompt and professional gave advice on next step booked appointment for next week excellent care as always

I don't often use the GP so I've not got much to compare with, called at 8:00 and was 22nd in a queue but call answered within 9 minutes. The Dr called me back within a few hours and I sent images of my issue, would have liked the option to go in and see someone but the service is useful. My condition was unknown so slightly disappointed that I'm being treated albeit by guesswork. Staff were all friendly and polite so no issues there. Overall it was ok, but there is room for improvement
